TERMS & CONDITIONS @ The Serviced Apartments Booking confirmation The booking made by the client will only be confirmed after they receive a confirmation email sent by our company containing all the booking details. Price The prices quoted for the property are stated in Indian rupee only. The cost excludes the Goods and Services Tax (unless stated) which must be paid along with the total sum. Method of payment The guests can easily pay for their preferred accommodation option via cash, credit or debit card. It is imperative that the payment must be made in full prior to the arrival date. Check-In and Check out The guidelines pertaining to the check-in and check-out times are formed by the company. Guests can check-in after 3 pm on the day they arrive into the apartment. They have to check-out till 10 am on the day of departure. However, late check-outs can be provided subject to prior arrangements. Occupancy rule According to the company rules, you must ensure that the number of people living in the apartment is the same as the figure mentioned in the booking confirmation email. If we find a breach in the given condition, we retain the authority to refuse admittance to the accommodation premises. Facilities The serviced apartments offered by our company are an epitome of style, comfort and luxury. They ensure a convenient and relaxing stay by providing useful amenities such as magnificent and spacious rooms, high speed wi-fi connectivity, regular maintenance, kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment, housekeeping and outdoor car parking facility. Booking confirmation

The booking made by the client will only be confirmed after they receive a confirmation email sent by our company containing all the booking details.

Price

Method of payment

Pets

Loss of property

Our company or its representatives must not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control which includes loss of personal belongings, illness or mechanical failures of any public services.

Damage to property

The contents and property of the serviced apartments must be taken reasonable care of by the guests as it is their responsibility. Except the normal wear and tear of public services, the guests are liable to pay for any damage done to the contents of their apartment because of their irresponsible behaviour or negligence. They must immediately reach out to local representatives present in the accommodation premises and bear the cost of repair or replacement.

Cancellation

The notification of cancellation of booking must be done well in advance. If the cancellation is made 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the full booking amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is made before 15 days from the date of arrival, no amount will be refunded.
